When the 3:35 bell rings, students go home. Whether it's to Park Hill or Todt Hill, Warriors go home to their families. In the stereotypical high school life, teens are welcomed home to parents that will care for them; but life is no John Hughes movie.

Scanning stress

It's the same every morning. You come to school and the security officers force you to take off your belts, jackets, hats and everything in your pockets. Furthermore, they'll search your bags and confiscate your water bottles or any other items that they think are inappropriate for school.

Watch what you wear: The dress code dispute continues

Last year, many students felt the shift in the way the Brooklyn Tech dress code was enforced, especially for girls. As students entered the building, girls wearing shorts were stopped and told by school staff to change into their gym uniforms.
